OSCCS Resources
When students are experiencing a crisis or need additional resources, the Office of Student Conduct & Community Standards has support options available.
Through roles such as Student Conduct & Community Standards Ambassadors, students help safeguard the rights of their peers and strengthen the community.
Restorative justice is a concept and process that focuses on bringing responsible parties and harmed parties together in facilitated dialogue about incidents that have caused harm.
No student seeking medical treatment for alcohol or other drug use will be subject to University disciplinary action for the sole violation of using alcohol or other drugs.
No Contact Orders prohibit students from visiting, calling, or sending messages to each other - physically, electronically, or through third parties.
Additional Brown Support Resources
The Administrator on Call (AOC) is available to support all Brown undergraduate, graduate and medical students in need of immediate assistance 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
The Division of Campus Life has compiled a list of contacts so students can get help and find essential information in an emergency.
Brown undergraduate, graduate and medical students may receive legal advice from an attorney contracted through the Student Activities Office and funded by the Undergraduate Council of Students, Graduate Student Council and Medical School.
Brown University students, staff and faculty who have experienced or witnessed an incident of bias, discrimination or harassment are encouraged to report it to the University.
